That's it. This has been our singular focus since day one.
How do we do that? Our approach for each of our clients:

3. Design it (and build, if necessary).
4. Implement it.

We strive for ongoing partnerships and understand sometimes projects are one-and-done. The nature of
our business is to grow with the people we work with, it's what we enjoy.
We want to continue to work with our clients, understand their processes and personality and at the end of the day, help them grow.

Our Culture
Two Heads Are Better Than One
In other words, none of us walk into a project, into an implementation, into a challenge, even into a meeting thinking "My idea is the best one, end of story".
We openly discuss options, discuss solutions and arrive at decisions together as a group.
Does one person sometimes feel strongly about an issue?...yes. Are there egos and personalities at some of these meetings?...absolutely. But we work very hard to make sure everyone is heard and has input during meetings and discussions.
In our experience we have found that decisions made after the entire group has input are always the best decisions.

Who We Are
Project Managers & Programmers At Our Core
We started back in 1997 as a group of project managers and computer programmers...and that hasn't really ever changed.
Our roster includes professionals ranging from scrum masters and product owners to graphic designers, and everyone in between.
But at our core, we're still a group of PMs and programmers.
We enjoy tackling projects for new and existing customers, which inevitably exposes us to new techniques, technologies, programming tools, whatever it is that comes down the road. Ultimately as solution providers, we must be be open-minded and willing to learn how new ways to help our clients succeed.
